Webinars Offer Team Training Opportunities

In addition to providing important information in an easy format, the Association’s upcoming webinar series can also be a great opportunity to pull together your staff, board members and neighboring chambers for a group learning experience.

Many chambers have made W.A.C.E. webinars an important component of professional development for their entire team.

Invite a Friend

We often hear that chambers have 10 or more participants listening in on a webinar. Depending on the topic, sometimes chambers gather their entire staff, and, for others, they invite key board members.

Some W.A.C.E. members have reported that they often invite their neighboring chambers to sit in on the webinars, and then when the program has concluded, they do a group debrief.

2018 Topics

This year’s series offers a diverse list of subjects:

•“Making Work ‘Work’: Employee Engagement and Motivation”: September 19;

•“Sales Strategies and Best Practices”: October 17;

•“Tips and ‘How to’ Examples of Being a 3C Chamber”: November 14; and

•“Staying on Point: Gathering Input, Data and Information to Make the Right Decisions and Have Impact”: December 5.

Webinars will be an hour long and will be presented from 10 a.m.–11 a.m. (Pacific Time).

Signing up for the entire series is the best value and offers significant savings.
