Position Summary:
The Healdsburg Chamber brings area businesses and city leaders together to promote growth and create opportunities. We support our members with practical, inspiring programs, resources, and events. As the Manager, Membership & Events for the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce, you will develop, manage, and implement a membership retention and sales plan, and serve as the liaison between members and the Chamber. You will coordinate and lead all Chamber events to align with the mission of the organization. SUMMARY: In consultation and coordination with the President & CEO, the Director of Membership Sales is responsible for managing the Chamber’s membership recruitment and retention efforts.
The Director of Membership Sales plays an essential role in cultivating the Chamber’s overall member relations efforts and growing community awareness about the benefits that Chamber membership provides. The position is responsible for identifying, soliciting, and securing new members to the Chamber through the creation of membership attraction campaigns, direct sales, and outreach to the business community.
The Director of Membership Sales plays a leading role in ensuring retention of members beyond their first year of Chamber membership. The position will work closely with the Chamber’s Director of Member Programs and the Director of Marketing to schedule Ribbon Cuttings, showcase member visits and welcome new members to the Chamber.

Description: The Sitka Chamber and Visit Sitka office is looking for a leader who understands promoting local business, public relations, and community development. The Director of Visit Sitka is responsible for a comprehensive program of destination management and visitor experiences. We are a small and very busy collaborative office with many programs constantly in progress. This position works with the Executive Director to enhance and maintain Sitka’s reputation as a premier year-round destination and desirable community to live and conduct business.
We are a small nonprofit organization located in Sitka, Alaska on the west coast of Baranof Island facing the Pacific Ocean.
