Steve Van Dorn has announced that after a 25-year career in the chamber industry, he will be retiring at the beginning of May. Van Dorn most recently has served as president/CEO of the Pleasanton (CA) Chamber. An executive search is currently being conducted to find his successor.
The Sedona (AZ) Chamber & Tourism Bureau has announced that Candace Carr Strauss has resigned from her position as president/CEO. Michelle Conway, director of marketing, has been selected to serve as interim president/CEO.

The Centralia-Chehalis (WA) Chamber has announced Cynthia Mudge has been hired as its new executive director. Mudge comes to the area following more than a dozen years supporting business in Astoria. Mudge succeeds Alicia Bull, who led the chamber for 10 years.
