After the success of last year’s challenge for all Association members to spread the word about the benefits of W.A.C.E., the Board of Directors has agreed to bring back the “member-get-a-member” campaign.
“As members, we understand and appreciate the incredible benefits associated with belonging to W.A.C.E.,” said Board Chair Todd Sanders. “Now is your chance to ‘Pay it Forward’ by encouraging a chamber leader to join and become a true catalyst, convener and champion for their community.”
How the Campaign Works
For each and every new member that joins, the recruiter will be entered into a drawing for a free conference registration for the 2021 W.A.C.E. annual conference in Sacramento, CA.
The “member-get-a-member” campaign will be in effect until January 31, 2020. The prize drawing will take place at the 2020 conference in Portland, OR.
Who Is a Prospect?
A current membership roster can be found in the “Members Only” section of the website, which includes listings by chamber, state and individual names.
Membership prospects could include:
• Neighboring chamber CEOs and staff professionals;
• Co-workers at your chamber;
• Companies that your chamber does business with and would like to expand their client base to other chambers in the West are eligible for our “Sustaining Member” category.
