Maria Salinas has been chosen as the new president/CEO of the Los Angeles Area (CA) Chamber. Salinas is currently the president and founder of Salinas Consulting. Salinas replaces Gary Toebben, who retired after leading the chamber for 12 years.
The Pleasanton (CA) Chamber has announced that Steve Van Dorn is its new president/CEO. Van Dorn most recently served as the president/CEO of the Pleasant Hill (CA) Chamber. Van Dorn will replace Scott Raty, ACE, who is retiring after a 31-year career as a chamber executive.
Janet Mae Duffy Murphy has been hired as the new executive director of the Pendleton (OR) Chamber. She has 18 years of leadership experience in organization management through her work with chambers of commerce and economic development organizations in Montana and Nevada.
The Redondo Beach (CA) Chamber has selected Dominik Knoll as its new president/CEO. Knoll previously served as the CEO of the World Trade Center of New Orleans. Knoll takes over for Marna Smeltzer, who retired after 32 years of serving.</p
